All payments made towards consultation including teleconsultation, procedures, diagnostics, packages, pharmacy or admissions are subject to this refund policy.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once service is availed.
If cancelled prior to consultation, refund may be processed after deduction of administrative charges.
Charges are non-refundable once the test is performed.
If cancelled before sample collection, eligible for refund after deductions.
Advance deposits are adjusted against final bill.
Excess amount, if any, will be refunded after discharge and bill settlement.
Refund processing time: 7–14 working days.
Cancellation before admission: refund after applicable deductions.

Return/replacement may be considered only in the following cases:
Wrong medicine dispensed by the pharmacy
Damaged product at the time of dispensing-Such issues must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) with bill and product.
Patients are responsible for proper storage of medicines after purchase.
The hospital/pharmacy is not liable for damage due to improper handling after dispensing.
All pharmacy items are billed separately or as part of the final hospital bill.
