Refund Policy

General Principle

  • All payments made towards consultation including teleconsultation, procedures, diagnostics, packages, pharmacy or admissions are subject to this refund policy.

Consultation & OPD Services

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once service is availed.

  • If cancelled prior to consultation, refund may be processed after deduction of administrative charges.

Diagnostic Services

  • Charges are non-refundable once the test is performed.

  • If cancelled before sample collection, eligible for refund after deductions.

Admission & Procedures

  • Advance deposits are adjusted against final bill.

  • Excess amount, if any, will be refunded after discharge and bill settlement.

  • Refund processing time: 7–14 working days.

Package Treatments / Surgeries

  • Cancellation before admission: refund after applicable deductions.

  • After initiation of treatment: refund based on services already consumed.

Emergency / Life-saving Treatment

  • No refunds for services already rendered during emergency care.

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment or bank transfer.

  • Registration charges

  • Consumables used

  • Pharmacy items dispensed

Pharmacy / Medicine Sale Policy

Dispensing of Medicines

  • Medicines are dispensed strictly against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.

  • Certain scheduled drugs will be dispensed as per applicable drug regulations.

No Return / No Refund Policy

  • Medicines once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.

  • This is in compliance with safety, storage, and regulatory requirements.

Exceptions (If Applicable)

Return/replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong medicine dispensed by the pharmacy

  • Damaged product at the time of dispensing-Such issues must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) with bill and product.

Storage & Responsibility

  • Patients are responsible for proper storage of medicines after purchase.

  • The hospital/pharmacy is not liable for damage due to improper handling after dispensing.

Billing

  • All pharmacy items are billed separately or as part of the final hospital bill.

  • Prices are as per applicable regulations and hospital policy.
